Dance. Slide. Mapping.
Three components of urban art that transcend every evening the skatepark of Plainpalais in “ZUP”. Created by La compagnie urbaine, this ephemeral theater welcomes 40 artists, under the artistic direction of Nicolas Musin, and becomes an extraordinary place of expression.

In this dreamlike multicultural universe, spectators are carried by the rapture of skaters and aerobatics, with an original music by Tim Paris and the video mapping created by Cosmo AV. The skatepark comes alive to the rhythm of the lines that becomes lightning, lava or ocean. The projections sweep the stage and create an extra dimension to the show; a unique immersive experience, both striking and mesmerizing.

Each musical sequence is accompanied by a unique stage design created from digital paintings that were animated over the choreography and theatrical scenes. The infinity of the stars and the desert expanses espouse spaces where riders and skaters come alive and defy the laws of gravity in front of 700 spectators every night.
